If you wish to return an item for refund or exchange please contact the ROHVA at 949.727.3727 ext. 3023 for a Return Authorization Number.
Please have your original invoice available when you call. Products approved
for refund or exchange must be in new and unused condition. Only currently
offered versions of publications will be accepted for return. Please include a
copy of the original invoice with your return. Customers are responsible for
return shipment costs. Close out and special order items are not returnable.
The ROHVA cannot be responsible for items returned
without a Return Authorization Number. Please contact the ROHVA at the number above if you have any questions.

ROHVA products and apparel are for personal use only, and not intended for
re-sale without authorized written permission in advance from the ROHVA.

In the event a ROHVA product is listed at an incorrect
price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, the
ROHVA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The ROHVA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or
not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit
card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, the
ROHVA shall issue a credit to your credit card account
in the amount of the incorrect price.

conditions, may be terminated by the ROHVA without

ROHVA or other licensed employee, host, or
representative as well as other Customers or visitors to the Site is
prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the
site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive
of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable
which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any
party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may
not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to
join or become customers of any other commercial online service or other

All ROHVA products and apparel are for personal use only and not intended for re-sale
without authorized written permission in advance from the ROHVA. Some items may be restricted. All purchases of such items are subject
to verified certification status. There may be other additional
agreements that also
cover the use, distribution, and ordering of restricted
products, and those agreements remain in full effect. In the event that
restricted products are erroneously ordered or shipped, the ROHVA may cancel an order in progress, or request the return of such
items.

Unless the Customer provides the ROHVA with a complete, valid, and correct tax exemption
certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to ROHVA's
acceptance of the order, the Customer is responsible for sales and all other
taxes associated with the order.
If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on the invoice (current
State tax rate will be charged and collected by the ROHVA on all sales in California). With respect to the state of California, ROHVA will
additionally collect District Taxes for the County of Orange. In all
other cases, the customer is responsible for remitting to their respective
state, the appropriate and applicable district tax, as well as any other
applicable taxes, if not charged by the ROHVA.
